Massage over the dry skin of the problematic areas from the bottom up towards the heart, 2. Massage several times over each area for 5-7 minutes until light redness appears, 3. After the massage, take a bath or shower. We suggest dry brushing every day for 5 minutes until the result is achieved. To enhance the effect after the massage, apply SmoRodina anti-cellulite scrub with red pepper on wet skin with massaging movements. Wrap the skin with a film for 15-20 minutes, rinse off with warm water. Stiffness grade: medium. Boar bristles, birch handle. Very handy. Suitable for sensitive and thin skin.
