First Use Hair Mask:  (only use once a week)
(once a week, if already used during the week start with shampoo)
A hair mask should be applied to washed and towel-dried hair. “Spread the cream evenly throughout your hair, piece by piece. Massage the product in from the roots to the tips then comb through your hair with your fingers.” To optimize the mask's effects, cover your head with a hot towel for at least 10 minutes.

Second use Shampoo:
(start with shampoo and don't use a hair mask if you already used a hair mask during the week )
Completely saturate your hair with warm, not hot, water.
Squirt a small amount of shampoo into the palm of your hand.
Apply it to your scalp and massage it until it lathers.
Work the shampoo through your hair, but pay the most attention to the scalp.
Rinse your hair and scalp completely.

Third-use conditioner:
Wash your hair in the shower. Rinse out all shampoo.
Use the amount of conditioner recommended on the bottle (usually about the size of a quarter).
Spread it evenly on the ends of your hair. For long hair, spread it from the chin level and down. Don’t apply conditioner to your scalp.
Run your fingers or a wide-tooth comb through the ends of your hair to work in the conditioner.
Let it stay on your hair for a minute. 
Thoroughly rinse off the conditioner.
